TERMS & CONDITIONS

This is the boring bit, but a quick read through this will get you up to speed with what you can expect from us, and what we expect from our lovely couples in return. Full T&C's will be sent to you when you book with us, or you can request a copy via the contact page.

DELIVERY & SET UP

When you hire our signs, you are paying for a complete service. We will deliver the signs to your venue and set them up in a location chosen by you. You will have use of the signs for the entire day, and we will then return to the venue once it's all over to pick up the signs. You need not lift a finger!

Exactly when we deliver and pick up the signs will be dependent on your venue and whether we have any bookings the day before or after your event. We will ask you for the details of your wedding coordinator so that we can liaise with them directly to make the necessary arrangements...we don't want to add any further things to your ever-growing list!

The price you see advertised on the website includes delivery within 30 miles of Langford, Bedfordshire. We are more than happy to deliver further afield but there will be an additional cost for this.

DEPOSIT

If you wish to hire any of our products we ask for a deposit at the time of booking to (a) secure the date so that nobody else can get their paws on our lovely lights on your special day, and (b) allow us to rectify any damage that may occur whilst they are in your possession (as soon as we deliver and set up the lights at your venue, they are classed as being in your 'possession') The deposit will be refunded upon safe receipt of the signs.

We hope you understand that should you decide to cancel the booking, we will be unable to process a refund.
